The procedure of discarding the information is the followings:

After the achievement of usage goal, the information you provide us for the reasons such as member registration and product inquiries is moved to a DB (or to a filing cabinet in case of information on papers), and then discarded after stored there for a certain period in accordance with the inside policy and the related laws. 
Information moved to a DB will not be used for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated in the related laws.

We use a technology that once information saved as an electronic file is discarded, it cannot be restored ever.

We may disclose information only for the following cases: 
- In the case that you agreed to do so.
- In the case that, according to the related laws, an investigation organization requests the information for the purpose of investigation. 

■ Information consignment
We shall not share information publicly and with our partners without your consent in advance. In case of this situation needed later, we will inform you about the partner we share information together and the subject information, and ask for your consent before using information. 

■ Rights of user and its legal representative
You and your legal representative are entitled to inquire and revise the registered information of yours and minors under 14 that year whenever needed and ask for cancel the member registration.
In order to do so, by clicking ‘My Account’ for revising the details of personal information and 'Leave Member' for cancel the membership, you can go through a confirmation process. 
You can also call or send an e-mail to a person in charge of managing personal information for the procedure without delay.
In the case that you request a correction on your information, we do not use or share the information until the correction work is done. In addition, when the incorrect information has been already shared to our partners, we will promptly notify the situation and ask them for the correction work without delay.  
We manage and keep information asked to be cancel or discarded from a user or a legal representative for the period stated in this Privacy Policy, other than this period, we do not allow any viewing or using.
